abobo, If you can find a larger biotech recapitalisation, ie more dollars subscribed with a higher recap:maket cap ratio at the time, I would be interested to know. I'd sus them out for investment value.
I hope you have many examples. That is where one should consider investimg., because such gems are usually being grossly undersetimated by the market.
The other items you say you laugh at are still in play.
