I don't think the company will get knocked over in the rush for the .42 cent share takeup. Remember the last fundraiser was required to REALLY hit the ephethermal gold targets which the company hadn't realised it had during its previous five years of looking for layer cake gold.

The 1m gold hit from a couple of thousand metres of drill core was so good they decided to name the fault after the Chairman.

Mmmm so, if they can't find any gold in the next underfunded exploration program shareholders will know its Chairman "Barton's Fault". He wont like that.

Wonder if it crossed the Board's minds when naming the crack in the rock. Now they know who to point the finger at.

It's also interesting to see that KRC's "Board continue to support the ambitions of KRC .."!! Well that's a unique position for a Board to take.

Appears to be clutching at straws with nothing much left to sell to punters prior to the fundraiser. Onward and upward.
