I expected M4 to be announced end of last year. Then I expected it be to announced in Q1 '17. I'm now just expecting Milestone 4 to be achieved anytime in 2017. I'd be disappointed to say the least if M4 wasn't completed this year.
Look, here is a case of external pressures which delayed the achievement. Management have had everything else on time but M4. It's a big one, an announcement that would send BRN to the moon - hence it needs to be done right.
