It can't go up simply because Wayne left. Market is concerned why he left, is it because he thinks US has ran its course and he failed or is it out of his depth and added pressure from holders and his greed he knew he wasn't going to get re-elected and time to pass on the Batton.
I think the latter and it's a only still early days in the US.
