"Do any holders actually think they are currently left with a very tricky dilemma?"

    In short....Yes.

On one hand you have loss aversion bias telling you to "sell your winners", and on the other hand you have "the house money effect" encouraging you to take higher risks than prudent,(because your only wagering your winnings).

On top of that, many investors would be anchored to a prior share price (with no regard for a correlation between that SP & intrinsic value). Then you have the availability bias telling you that because all of the recent news has been positive that increases the probability that the results of the upcoming interim analysis will be positive (which is statistically incorrect)

Then there would be a pretty big handful of MSB investors suffering from the "better-than-average" effect (or bias), where they feel that they are somehow in possession of knowledge or skill that others are not - that their recent dumb luck with the MSB share price was a stroke of genius on their part or that they somehow influenced the outcome

So, all in all I'd say yeah, it is a bit of a tricky dilemma working out whether to take profits at the moment.
