    No Dilution at 1.3 is a huge win for holders! Everyones shares are worth a little more today than they would have!
    To not go ahead with CR would mean that PGAS is very very close as previously stated which equals $$.

    This company is still valued as a failure at these levels. it clearly is not going to fail and the company is changing sentiment and getting things done.
