Thanks farlap. I appreciate the extra information. I didn't realise that Chinese have also limited bank withdrawals.
Seems to have happen to quite a few countries, Cash note exchanges and demonetisation has also happened or has been on the cards in a lot of countries. Obviously everyone has an opinion on why.
