I thought I said foreign atm's , like out side of China, not within, .NZ for eg; in our case,.
and it is NEWS, the new withdrawal limits have been implemented since only mid last year. ok old news, 6 months.
and naturally domestic withdrawals within China are not included.
I'm neither a China bull nor bear, but my Wife continues to get her money out of China in dribs and drabs..
