I love going to board meetings, seminars, presentations etc, they are all different. The big ones I just sit back and take in the spiel. Good to observe the presenters are they full of sh-- trying to flog rubbish.  Some are like evangelical meetings others are trials particularly if not going well.  The smaller ones are good as you can grill the boss and see how they react I was asked to leave a property seminar once.  Things I observe   How interested the BOD are some look like just going thru the motions, how they react to the hard questions,  Type of people in room.  The facts hidden in the small print.  How organised they are, some are crap and you ask yourself how can these guys run a company if they cannot room a meeting.
