Contact them nicely show them the numbers and explain this is not a takeover this is not a control grab, this is not us trying to kick anyone else off the board.
This is simply asking a large group of shareholders asking for fair representation on the board to protect our interests and give us a voice.
If they shut us down we lodge a substantial holder form and call for a vote to appoint him to the board.
Hopefully management keeps things friendly, it's really up to the dr if his willing and people support it, it's a go.
