Just re-reading the announcement.
Could this mean that the shares held by the Chinese investors since the placement when they were acquired, and subject to voting restrictions, now need the removal of said restrictions as they are now held by other public holders who were not part of the original agreement and they are now just ordinary shares?
I think that is an understandable explanation of what I mean.
