Exactly! An outright ban of about half the REEs (although not the Nd, Ce, or La which are the main ones by volume), will completely throw the market on its ear. Right now, without LYC or ARU producing, you only really have India with any non-China current production. Then there is Mountain Pass in California which was shutdown for environmental concerns in 2002, and a few other deposits in Canada, the US, and Kazahkstan that are not ready to mine either.
