Wanst INL an option? To think that the Chinese are as keen as INL was (regardless of the deal) is difficult to justify at this stage. Even in yesterdays announcment the Chinese are stated as coming in late March, then early April, then late April and then early May. I dont remember who wrote to DP in this forum but even he said that the he had simply invited the Chinese .. this doesnt necessarily constitute acceptance.
