To PE or not to PE, page-42

Hello Mr H,

I believe that confidentiality cannot be used as an excuse to hide the circumstances in which PE rights may be won or lost. That being said, if we get our PE rights then I don't really care about the how's and why's but if we lost our rights then I want a full accounting (such is the nature of my hypocrisy). As for apportioning blame, if mistakes were made on FAR's end then it won't be hard to find those who dropped the ball.

Besides, confidentiality will no one any good because if FAR lose their rights they have to go to arbitration. This PE fiasco cannot end with FAR missing out on their PE rights and saying "no we're not pursuing it and we can't tell you why". That would be outrageous. Besides, I can understand FAR wanting to stay quiet as a result of failure but wouldn't COP want to set the record straight should they emerge victorious?
