These people writing these articles obviously have vested interests and probably have money tied up in property. Constantly trying to talk it up.
Take them with a grain of salt.
Debt is just too high and prices cannot and will not be sustained. anf0 makes a lot of sense and I'm seeing investor sentiment diminishing already. They're getting nervous.
