fed budget should tackle the following
1-neg gearing reduced concessions have cap gain discount pegged at 30% on new homes only
2-limitinmg number properties in a super fund or held personally
3-forcing inestors to refinance to int and principal only
4-forcing states to abolish stamp duty
5-abolish fhog
