I think they have changed the plans and they are after something much bigger.

Maybe they are planning to bypass the Pilot Plant and to build the Commercial Plant. I talked to Process1 about this and he said it's possible because the technology would be proven after the trials.

Also, if we read the Feb 15th 2017 announcement it was not saying the "Pilot Plant" but was saying the "OHD Plant". "The Company confirms it would look to agree to long term off-take contracts as an instrument to fund the construction of an OHD plant"

Another reason for staying silent could be for protection from the rivals. Because we are dealing with government the rivals could try to sabotage our project. It's better to stay silent until the signatures are on the papers. You might even think to hire some people to create a bad sentiment for the project on both social media and news media without much luck.

Anyway, I don't think they have much chance as our OHD project is very advanced. Bad luck to them.
