    Today Woolies is being sued for $100 Million for not informing shareholders of a profit downgrade. I would think the same could apply here as we have not been informed of what is happening with the vote to get more shares out there and relist.We are running out of time for a vote at the AGM as my understanding you have to give notice. I for one will not be missing the AGM.
