As a retail investor my general rule is to buy or sell based on information. Also I'm only interested in stocks for the medium to long term. Whilst I'm disappointed by the share price performance I haven't seen any news that is too concerning so I'm going to hold for the long term. I'd consider buying more but I've already enough dollars in this stock.

The sector is down pretty much across the board TLS/TPM/VOC but that happens to sectors. BHP was my worst performer for a while now 6 months later it is looking ok.

I might be missing something and live to regret but one thing I won't be doing is jumping out the window because I say a scary shadow go by. So I'll never sell just based on the price going down. This is a reason I don't use stop losses.

As for the regime change at the management level my view is that there is a good chance the new managers will do a better job than the ones that left. Clearly the board think so. Sometimes managers of a smaller business are not the best managers for a bigger more complicated business. Sometimes these executives get carried away with their own egos and it is better they move on.
