IP (Intellectual Property)

I have to go back to 2014 with Lee Rodne and Julian Chick, one thing that I did mention in this meeting was how much is our IP worth on ADAPT which everyone shrugged their shoulders and couldn't answer. But WP has been screaming it out to shareholders with no reaction. What does IP mean to me? That all the technology that we have a patent on belongs to ADMEDUS. Some people would call this the treasure chest or assets that are not showing their potential. ADAPT has been doing this and your starting to see the opposition dropping away in our field Eg: Baxter, from a position of power and leading the VascuCell to closing their doors. Next on the list is the tissue for the TAVR which is bringing Medtronic and Edwards to the same conclusion, hence why it is a strategic and monetary advantage to amalgamate with ADMEDUS. This might sound strange to a lot of people that multi-billion dollar companies are looking at ADMEDUS to save the medical device industry. So let's go back to the IP if you are thinking it is worth 100 million your way off. This IP is one of a kind and is going to revolutionise medical procedures.
