Airy fairy to me = "create a business for the future". Isn't this the goal of every business?

M1 to M4 is the desired outcome/goal. It is not the plan. Forward projections of FP's gives us insight into how IAM intends to implement the plan to achieve the goals.

The web portal to enable IAM to on-board smaller practices was a huge signal that on-boarding is currently inefficient; as my post here said: 3 additional practices in 38 days. This is an average of 12 days/practice.

If IAM continues at the same pace, it will take years to on-board all of Sentry. And yes, I realise planners are different to practices; there may be a 1:1 ratio or many:1.

Whilst many here were happy to see IAM is well ahead of the current plan, the one we have not seen, this announcement was a classic spec "shell game" announcement. It said to me, look over here at these great numbers. Meanwhile, IAM changed strategy by going after smaller practices. Why? Perhaps at the current rate of on-boarding, IAM will fall behind their projections. And this is why I want to see those projections.

If you do not want to see the projections or think they are not important, then we can agree to disagree.
