I'm glad we are having this discussion as above you have very clearly outlined your thinking which is highly rational and would I imagine very much appreciated by all.
We will agree to disagree on one point though,
LYC is poised to take advantage of current improving market trends in a way that will be exponential in the positive BUT they do not control the main game of setting market price.
The current ownership structure adds leverage to the SP, it is an outcome of us still having a company.
That added leverage gives the debt holders advantage in the market at the expense of the SH if market pricing outcomes are not as expected.
