The form they have submitted isn't very transparent.. it only goes to 2 decimal place, so it appears everything was either purchased at $0.07 or $0.08.
They purchased all of their shares on the market.
The volume of 150m + was on the 7th. It was these guys buying up. That should be apparent because there was 10 separate purchases on the 7th.
The shares for the cap raise are issued today - the 12th.
