Long term "sell" on ERA and Paladin ..
A leading broker said although it is bullish on short term uranium prices, it would sell Paladin and ERA. The broker says there appears to be no shortage of uranium resources and the cost of developing new uranium production appears to be low (Paladin's Langer Heinrich cost just $US98 million for 2 pct of global production), the time once approved to develop uranium mines also appears to be short (they are neither large nor complicated compared to say a copper or nickel mine).
The broker's "sell" recommendation is because it finds PDN's current share price assumes a $US122 per lb long term price for uranium, and an even higher price for ERA.
ERA up 62c to $25.10. PDN down 6c to $9.59.
