Might be re-thinking his sudden about turn in accepting the Paladin offer in the likelihood they now fail to get 80%. IMO all correspondance coming from Summit is corrupted by the directors desire to avoid a sheetload of tax.
Couldn't tell you how this story will end but who'd give up their shares now with the risk of PDN not getting 80%?
