What has been overlooked is that GDN will own 30% of the new company, White canyon Exploration 30% and the rest will be shares issues to the market (potentially existing GDN shareholders.)

One would assume that White Canyon are providing tenements equivalent in value / potential to the table - subsequently the value of GDN assets is not being diluted but substantially increased.

currently the share price reflects minimal value relative to the uranium assets - a float will substantially increase the valuation of the company as the new shares will list probably at least double to their issue price - subsequently increasing the valuation of GDN
