I don't want to see them rushing in to a JV like CMR did with Hunan. With the profits likely to be generated, why would you give away 50% just for capex funding, when REEs are in much shorter supply going forward than any metal I can think of. Let alone how much REEswill be needed when all Toyota cars are hybrids as apparently they have stated within a few years, plus when Maglev train networks start springing up, which if you do the research, will very likely happen. Plus, Plus, Plus wherever you look.
The way things are going, waiting ATM is the best possible thing to do, PLUS, figure out how to defeat a takeover bid and take pro-active steps now for a contingency plan.
