    I was told the same.

    I suspect Realm would prefer to make an acquisition (with payment being made in shares to meet the free float requirements) as opposed to doing the capital raise.

    Time will tell.

    AGM notice of meeting details and Quarterly report due within the next 3 or so weeks.
