I've recently sold down about half my holdings of MOY, but still have over 0.5m shares that are now only showing a modest profit. It is tempting to bail now with the balance, with MOY is struggling to keep its head above water despite the strong upward trend in the the gold price. You'd have to think there's got to be some bad news in there somewhere that has not seen the light of day. Lack of clarity over Glenn Dovaston's departure gives the market little confidence, given such premature departures spells trouble 90% of the time. I'll probably stay in, but not looking forward to the carnage once POG pulls back from its present run. Contemplating where we will see the support level is not a pleasant pastime for existing shareholders.
