I agree with you on the ambiguity of the announcements...sadly however this is something all too common.
I suspect however much of it is (was) inexperience on reporting such a well...no doubt with a less than forthcoming approach from time to time.
This worls both ways however...stange to assume one is over reporting when in fact the same "approach" could just as well result in over-reporting.
My assessments of this well...and all results to daye, whilst clearly based on announced results, paid less attention to their "interpretations" and more on my own.
I have looked at the logs, drilling reports, gas readings and various "summaries" of over 200 wells in the region...I can say with confidence, of all the wells I have looked into, the vast majority of which were to become producers, GDN's Paradox Basin #1 falls into the upper percentile of result statistics.
The nature of the region however are for ambiguous results in most wells...which is why results of post drill testing will be so important.
There have been more than 20 old wells re-entered in recent months and found to be productive...in spite of them being plugged and abandoned by previous drillers!
Anyway...I am happy with my position, regardless of the current "corporate" induced price manipulation.
Which is exactly what it is.
Just look at the exponential growth of "doomsday posters" that have impregnated the thread of late...then tell me this is not part of the on-screen "activity"
Smelly business...sadly clouding all chance of a factually driven share price.
As for the market being right the last time...lol...you may recall the sell-off lead to a placement at 61c.
lol...of course "they" had nothing to do with helping knock the price down prior?
