I'd prefer to look at this from a 'glass half empty' scenario......

I believe they're timing is perfect - its only a relatively small cap raise in the scheme of things to raise enough cash to get the drilling done and also pay for some lab analysis (remember, its not just all about drilling....).

So when the results are in and we get the sensational results we are all hoping for, the sp will rise and then the company can do a full capital raising, via a placement and corresponding SPP for existing holders, to raise even more cash. With this scenario, everyone will jump in to be along for CAD ride.....

Then they will have to consider a consolidation.....

Based on the above, i have no problems with them going to soph's for this raising.
