I think that the last bar of PLS is somewhat artificial - it was largely cross trades so the volume I sort of ignored. If you however take a look at the weekly view you can see the volumes have been getting gradually less from May June last year and now slightly increasing ?a bottom is in place.
Certainly if it doesn't rebound quickly though I agree 32-33c is in play, there is another line of resistance around there. They just need to get their mining license and offtakes sorted, the market wants to see proof I think
