At this stage voting Yes to 1-5 , 12 and 19 , No to the rest. Because while I am strongly in favour of a consolidation , I don't won't to give management permission ( By giving back the 15 %) to then dilute again with another C.R. especially if they aren't going to take me with them again. I think management are paid well enough as well and with all the shares they currently own isn't that enough incentive to keep moving the company and share price forward. Welcome thoughts as to why my thinking is wrong.
