Too true zzedzz. Wolfdene would have been full as that is where the rain has been falling of late. kr was in on that one. Reckoned it would not be economically justified after rh had allowed subdivisions. Then again, go back a couple of years and the prevailing view was that SEQ would be right till 2020.
