The CR was not so long ago and so GXY decided not to go for Debt even though (as you say - it's the cheapest option and interest repayments are a non-issue) ??
So tell me why GXY go for CR even though it does appear CF to be coming in soon???
Perhaps you need to graduate from Finance 101 - Theories are nice sometimes but real world doesn't follow always follow financial theories.
