If she falls that low it will be house on it time - (or should I say - house on it time ....again!) but also had the feeling a while now ---too many snouts in the trough the last year or so - Maybe it is just the green eyed giant but wish I could convert oppies at 78c as a performance incentive - but it does raise the question ---what is that performance incentive based on -

Clearly it is not share price based lol.... sadly, nor is it based on meeting self imposed time frames - so I ask the serious question - what is it based on - ought it not be based on all shares being escrowed until production being achieved within the allotted timeframe?

We don’t make any money until we are producing so why not? Fine - give them options which can be exercised on completion of target IF those targets are achieved within the stipulated timeframes - lets get serious here - what is the incentive - to sell on a high with insider info that awaited results are going to be delayed a cpl of months? May not be the case but have a look at the director sales guys - ASIC have a look if you are watching - bloody blatant form where I sit and I m not too sharp!

More likely to ask a Q along those lines at AGM than the other, unless someone can enlighten me (will admit - not that experienced in this game but the title "incentive packages" would suggest to me some sort of achievement is required within a specified timeframe?
