So is SDV fully funded today? NO

Regardless of JV or Debt or CR, it still needs to be funded. JV/CR is most likely route to raise such $$, which can include listing on HKSE to draw in new $$, thereby diluting existing shareholders.

Directors won't get diluted. Why? They can top up from the remuneration/performance bonus/options, etc every year.

Do you need "How to Research for Dummies" ? just like GeForce wanting "Charting for Dummies" ??

Dumb, Dumb 1168, you don't need $500 m upfront, but over 3 years.
The profit from Mt Cattlin over 3 years almost cover the development cost of SDV.
Try not to mislead people, take a hide & a cold dip.
