Telink has been taken over by a Hong Kong based company.
83% of capital has been acquired, leaving Dr Shen and other execs with 17%.
Takeover price values Telink at around AUS$440. Nice little earner for Dr Sheng!
Potentially very good for XPE - given that the merged entity will have access to a lot more capital.
