The truth is consolidation change nothing about the company, the profit, PE, the only change is making SP high, if the mgt have confidence for the company, they should know SP will go higher following the higher revenue. Now paying remuneration to mgt just like killing the chicken, and taking eggs. They are so smart, after killing the chicken and rebirth another one, they lose nothing but shareholders money were stealing silently, are you really not understand or you just ignore it? We are all equal, the mat and normal shareholders, why the parents love some and ignore others? Do you think it's fair?
