Agreed Mr. H but the Govt. statement could be the key....for all I know the Senegal Govt. could be dead against a change from the WPL/CON deal......but then again?????
You and I know that FAR will not continue with PE without the Govt behind them...but if Senegal is 100% behind them along with CNOOC it makes life quite difficult for CON.
