Go back and read my post. Just because you have "passion" and own the stock, doesn't mean you have an advantage over someone who doesn't own the stock. The ASX rules do not reward your "passion" because companies can still raise capital and dilute your % stake in the company (by issuing more shares) to people who are not existing shareholders. Let me put it another way. When Biotechs raise money, does anyone call you and say "Suckki. Your a shareholder. You seem to have passion. Would you like to contribute more capital? Together we can fund this until profitability. We will keep fund raising in house. If you don't want to contribute more funds, you can sell those rights to someone else. But if you do, then you can maintain the exact same stake in the company. When it is profitable you will still have maintained your x% stake as you currently have now" "So any benefit to your passion in our company will be rewarded when the market finally realises", "As others who have waited and not taken the risk, will now have to purchase your shares off you direct if they want to have the benefits"? No. The risk you have taken in owning the stock ahead of other potential investors is not rewarded (under the current ASX CR rules) ....

Other than the "hope" and gamble, that the SP of any company you might own will go up tomorrow (on some good news), or if the next CR of a company you might own is guaranteed to reward your "passion" by a Renounceable rights issue, where is your advantage in being a shareholder ahead of someone who isn't?
