I can see future CR hence dilution happening, with SDV, JB and others.....

This is a small screengrab of my excel listing over 100 capital issue over past 10 years.

There's simply too much shares on register.. so consolidation is good 1st step to future dilution by raising capital from new investors.. whether they be from ASX, HKSE, or whatever.

Note: 15% of capital can be raised without shareholder approval
