The service is fantastic ??? I would rather have hot bamboo splinters stuck up my fingernails than deal with TPG again. We had 2 mobiles, home and internet with them and were their biggest advocate and got them many other subscribers. Guess what we have ALL gone back to Optus or Telstra. Just because they are the cheapest means nothing when the service is so patchy and getting things resolved without fail would take many, many calls with all of them starting with Oh its not our fault its Telstra's blah blah blah until it was proven its was their fault.
I personally know of techs that work for all the service providers and and say as a fact TPG tries to fob off complaints of dropouts to other providers and only rectifies faults after you really persist with them.
Shifty business practices only get you so far and there is a limit in how many customers you can burn before there is no new customers to replace them with.
