I was told that my issue related to trades made on 10 April. When it came time to Settle, the ANZ files did not transfer the funds across to "Available to Withdraw". The funds simply vanished.

It seems ANZ are now slowly transferring funds by batch. this will take a another day.

But your issue may be related, but seems to be different.

After years of crap info and data on the basic service of Etrade, this stuff-up has finally convinced me to dump ANZ. I am now doing a application to Macquarie. They may be more expensive, but at least I can always speak to someone, and hopefully their data is better.

I really don't think ANZ (Etrade) understand the ramifications of losing clients thru their really crap product offering, and poor and unreliable service. I guess they have passed the problems onto CMC now?
