regardless of tomorrow or dividend returns, as a mature stock right now, today TLS is not worth its SP.
there are plenty of reason why and you don't have to be 'in the know' to figure them out. Or believe a re-rate by some big name firm hoping to influence the market for their gain.
TLS fair market price should be $2-2.50. but there are too many holders that are keeping the price up instead of letting it drop
