I'm not sure either. I guess it depends on whether they offer the specials to holders as of last Fri when the halt was called or select a date in the future.

If it's a date in the future hopefully plenty of buyers for that reason.

If it's as of last Fri then the t3's get lucky as so all holders.

Bottom line is, if they've got the goods the price will reflect it (in a sane market!)
