Am I incorrect in saying that May is still there until shareholders approve the converable notes issue? (No deal means May is still in charge unless the boards have pre-empted the deal and told May to pack his bags in any case)
IMO Gesaf are going to make a killing (8.75% interest on lending and options gallore), having said that if the upshot is that May's head gets chopped off I'm happy whatever the conditions are.
