EME explains the well didnt achieve commercial flow, they say the reasons are most probably due to porosity permaibility with the fine sands, then go on and say it could also have been high mud weight.
ADI has stated the sands as uncommercial in this well, but i suddenly we see the EME announcement as saying there could be a secondary reason for uncommercial flow. and if the secondary reason is high mud weight impeding the flow, then there are ways of flushing the mud and getting a better understanding.. BTW no where has anyone said the sands are being revisited, but i find the announcement not really putting the play to rest.
that makes it interesting.
