As bad as Telstra and Optus are you can multiply it by a factor of 3 with their pig headed business nature its not our fault painful way of getting anything rectified. I stand by my call that most people that have left Telstra and even Optus have returned to the fold after experiencing getting the run around by Teo's staff and their obstinate nature in getting anything rectified until you have jumped through the dozen mandated hoops they set in your path.

Gave them more than a fair chance to keep us and they failed miserably. Shitty cut price service that only the tight wads would suffer and dont care or know what a drop out free service that other telco services can provide.

TPG success is due to price and that only gets you so far when you cant blame anyone one else when its all your equipment.
