We'll have to agree to disagree on that issue. Everything that went wrong before Christian came on board was to do with previous management. Okay, it was Clive who hired them so he takes responsibility for that.
At the end of the day, though, he is a welder by trade with a kickass invention, and he is NOT a CEO.
Hiring Christian was by far his best move, and no doubt saved the company, but his only fault with the previous fiasco's was hiring the people that caused them.
He learnt fast.
